"I grew up outdoors in the natural world and I began to take photos when
I was five years old. Photography was the only thing I could do independently.
It was something I could feel and experience alone and by myself.Art became progressively
more important for me. I love the process of photography, through which I can
speedily transform a feeling into a concentrated expression and then reach the
conclusion just as quickly. I admire other forms of art because they require
much longer-lasting creativity before they can be brought to completion. I feel
an urge to take photographs. I can evolve in and through photography. I seek
images that I don't want to express in words, because I feel the limitations
of words. When I take photos, I feel free, full of power and energy. Nothing
else matters to me then."
