                ORS studied 1918-20 at the Kunstgewerbeschule 
                  Wien, huge oeuvre of watercolors, paintings, prints ands drawings. 
                First he was in to Expressionism and made works 
                  related to Egon Schiele. Beginning with 1927 he enveloped a 
                  magic-realistic style and became a major exponent of Neue Sachlichkeit 
                  in Austria. Retrospective in 1985 at Gallery Pabst, Munich
