Daughter of the amateur painter Ilka Gschliesser, until 1920 painting classes at the Staatsgewerbeschule Innsbruck, 1920-25 studies at the Kunstgewerbeschule with Boehm, Larisch, Loeffler and Cizek, whose ornamentation class she attended. 1924 designer and head of furnishing at Kastner und Oehler in Graz. 1939 marriage with the painter Conaro. Banned from working during the 2nd WW
